Can we set permissions to only allow users to....

register only when they are forwarded from a specific domain.

Example - the VBulletin installation is being used as a Member's Area, so registration is closed, but ....

We are using bulletin as a members area and want to prevent users from passing credentials around to their buddies. Usernames who are logging in from hugely variant IPs are obviously not the same...
