Login won't redirect

When a user logs into admincp or just the forum in general the forum won't submit and the page will turn white and not redirect?

It gets stuck on this...

Really have no clue as to what the issue could be, I've checked prefixes, user permissions, repaired tables, chmodded files. Nothing.

only one bug i noticed. On my User account...

only one bug i noticed.

On my User account when in a thread when you click Send message it goes to User ID 1 not my ID 3

Also some Forum category titles don't show on main page.
