Allowing regular members to lock their own threads in certain forums?

Is this possible? I want regular users to be able to lock their threads, I know its an option in the usergroup but I only want this possible in a few forums for them.

Limiting admins access individually?

What i want to do is limit certain forums to 1 admin only, i dont want that admin to be able to delete or edit anything in that specific forum, is this possible? i dont want to put him in another...

Im not sure if this is possible but is there a way making it so you can see who clicked a link in threads on your forum?

I want to use this mainly because I run a site where artist constantly post...

Warning system similar to AIM?

Is there any way to make some kind of warning system for vb, like on aim, where the more the percentage goes up...the less the user can reply with a response....something like this could make mod's...

Hmmm, thanks for the reply but for some reason thats not working, i tried adding the code without that condition to see if the problem was the code i added but it shows fine.
