Project tools thread import

I've just updated to project tools 2.1.2 and well....going a bit crazy.

How do I import threads into project tools? I've looked everywhere. :confused:

feeling a bit stupid that I can't find it.

ok, maybe I'm just a noob but I cannot get this to work. I uploaded the xml file in the upload folder (the only file) to includes/xml and i add uploaded product-vbh_newtabs10.xml via product manager....
