Lol i found it, it was the auto mod PM .. forget to upload files and i did enabled the XML so it made some edit bugs.

i just tried to add to the latest vb version the vbshout and its aint worked well so i desided to delete it,
all the modules in the edit page is been removed not sure why, i cant see...
