Categories for Albums and Pictures

I would like to create some sort of categories for my albums and pictures. For example, if they select (perhaps through a drop down menu) "category C" then they would only see Category C pictures.

Well, it turns out this is only a problem if you have a description under a category... which I did not end up using. So in my case this is not an issue.
