How to replace header banner ??

I can't figure it out for the life of me. how can i change the header banner?

i dont know how to use this new vbulletin and i need to change the main header banner.

i think the new 4.0 sucks. really hard to figure out once you get used to the old versions. the icons etc are a pain in the ass to change or find new ones you can use. i really hate it and honestly...
