my host are +++++++s they never reply to emails...

my host are +++++++s they never reply to emails and their "contact hours" are mon - fri, which means that if it doesnt fix itself, im going to have to wait another 2 days before anything happens :(

It's done this before and naturally corrected itself - I assume - but never for this long. Can I manually fix this? *feels very frustrated right...
