Will template changes go away with upgrade to vb3.8.5?

basic question I know, but as I bought license when version was 3.8, this is my first upgrade...

So will I lose the template changes I made in the template itself (not via plugins) when I upgrade?

All my users are vb users that get transferred to WP via the plugin. No user passwords were changed by me.

Thanks, had to install this 3.7 version on my 3.8.4 board to get it working. Would love to see the 3.8.4 bugs get solved though as I like the extra settings it allows.
