Make sure your license number is entered, and not your customer number.
I had the same exact problem as you, until I took the license number and replaced it.

Color Hack?

I saw this hack several time's... VbT used to have it. It make's the titles a different color. (eg: admins - blue , moderator - green , banned - red) I'm wondering what to search for to get it....
