Howcome when I edit posts, it's all BBCOde. I want the WYSIWYG (or what they have in wordpress). BBCode is annoying because I am code-illterate

On some forums like forums.digitalpoint.com, it is indicated beside the thread name how many days old the thread is. How do I get that feature?
