Is there a mod that limits ability to post to blog based on postcount?

Does any mod exist that limits the ability to post to blogs until you have amassed a certain amount of posts?

Forcing vBulletin to use HTTPS

How would I convert my forum to run on HTTPS instead of HTTP?

Does vBulletin support this mainly out of the box? I can't find anything on this besides a "hacky" vbulletin.com forum post.

No my point is show something different for one usergroup vs another. Leaderboard for unregistered, link ads for registered. All i see in plugin is just show to x,y,z usergroup...

Is there a way to create a condition so it only shows a leaderboard if it's a guest (after the post) otherwise show a link unit (after the post).

This is how Digitalpoint does it...

I solved the problem by deleting the Twitter...

I solved the problem by deleting the Twitter application and adding a new one because originally I used "read" instead of read+write. Bug with twitter I suppose.

Getting trolled/spammed by abusive members w/ proxies

This is one of the messages a member has sent me.

Is there anything we can do to limit this amount of spam? If we ban them they re-register on a proxy.
