if i put a images banner not working but if put text it work but only visitor and member will see that not me

I have a forum with 8 GB attachment And daily traffic is 6-20 GB i need a hack to make them direct instead of php :(
am in shard host am plaining to move to VPS soon

okay i fix it by remove the product and installed...

okay i fix it by remove the product and installed it again fresh install
after that i add my old award and change there id to match the old one
and import the user award Db
