To get it working with a secondary group you should change in the Plugin "AWC-Welcome PM":

Store CSS Stylesheets as Files - will be ignored

I recognized, that the memberinfo_css is still inserted in the HTML-output of the member.php.

Is there a way to <link> this 10 KB-big data in as a css-file?
