Floating social media bar

Seems odd, but has nobody done a scrolling social media bar for Vbulletin yet?

The only negative I have is that the URL's are so SEO unfriendly.

It would be vastly better if a download was something like:

I don't actually specifically want those options in the nav bar, I'm really after advice on how to add anything to it , especially stuff that's not speciifcally part of VBulletin.
