when you hover your mouse on an image it is suppose to show "click to view full size image", image name, views and image size. right?

mine only show file name

I have a weird problem with some of my threads
they have very high view count

for example
one thread with 350 replies has 4500 views and one thread with only 170 replies has 32,000 views
...

nobody else has this problem. IPs are not the same
he gave me his pass. I logged out as admin and tried his login info. same error...
