How do i change stick thread color?

Hello folks,

I made my first sticky and it made the bar a awfull color, i spent a few hours trying to find out where that setting was out to no avail.

Any insight would be much appreciated,...

How do i align this to the left?

How do i move the quick reply and post reply boc aligned to the left instead of center, i used search feaure here but still couldnt find.

I have 3.7 thanks

A header image is included with out the "dark_vb" title. Look for:
dark_vb/misc/dark_vb_clean.gif

And i see the dark_vb_clean.gif but im really confused where to put that because i dont see...

i just bought 3.69 tonight and installed it..

I been looking for 2 hours on both sites trying to find a stinking like to download 3.7 rc3..

I guess im dumb cause i dont see it anywhere
