How to show thread title mouseover text?

How to show thread title mouseover text on the homepage when someone is NOT LOGGED IN ?

when I'm logged I see the mouseover text "Go to first unread post in thread...etc etc"
when I'm logged out...

In one of the sub-forums on my site I'd like to set up something so that when someone opens a thread THEY are the ONLY PERSON who is subsequently allowed to reply to it, as if it's their own thread....

I wrote a thread on my forum with a link in it to www.MYBF.co.uk (http://www.MYBF.co.uk) and the link somehow automatically changed to the TITLE of that domain :confused: :confused: and looked like...

I'm looking for a way to prune a specific forum (classifieds) after the threads are 30 days old, I just want them auto-deleted.

I found this dating right back to Feb, 2003 :confused:...
