Merging VB forums

Is there a way to merge two vbulletin forums together so you can keep threads and members without them having to re register and remake all threads and posts?

All you have to do is make your image and name it whos_online.gif and switch it out with the default in your forum folder in your ftp, but yours is showing the stats.gif so you might want to rename...
