Crashed the site with to many banned IP

I just crashed my site by adding the full length of IP address' from stopforumspam.com.
Now I can't get into the admin section to delete them. ANy ideas?

Posting server errors after a hosting move

A couple asked why they can't change the title of their own post after it's been posted.
