"Quick Links" shows a spider "moderating"

Sometimes when I click on "Quick Links" it shows one of the spiders as "moderating" under "Location."

Does that mean they've logged in as a moderator somehow?

Hacked. How do I get back into admin panel

First, I'm an amateur so I need things explained in simple terms.

My forum was hacked and I can't get into the admin. panel. I'm assuming if I upload a backup file, it will reset it to my password...

How can I tell if I've been hacked?

I caught someone running the Paros software on my forum and other sites. I think they were trying to get password/login info. or spy on PMs.

Is it possible to tell if someone was able to get that...

Local IP rapidly going all through my forum. Can anyone explain?

Through my "who's online" feature I could see someone with a local IP rapidly going through all my posts, trying to log in, going to admin. panel logins, looking at profies, etc. It seemed too fast...

I tried turning it off and got 3 porn spams in a few minutes. With it turned on, I'm lucky if I get 1 spam a month!
