Signature in pull-down?

How would I make it so that the user's signature displays in the users drop down menu? For any of you Halo fans, kind of like what Bungie.net's forums have.

My site says "database Error" but I haven't done anything wrong! HELP!

Just like the title says, how do you move threads to another forum?

Okay, yea I know that I should post this on the vB forums but my user permissions are being dumb, so I will post this here.

I just got vBulletin today, and I entered my info into the config file....
