I see only some of the tables showing up in the Admincp. PM's for example. But no users, passwords, or posts for example.

That's why I think it has to do with the CSV tables not being put...

Yes, config.php file is correctly configured.

I think the problem is that bigdump doesn't put the CSV files in the tables at all as you are supposed to enter that in when you configure bigdump....
