When forum ist private change phrase[no_posts_in_this_forum] to phrase[private]

hello,

when you go in a private forum without having rights to see threads/posts you see the phrase[no_posts_in_this_forum], how can I change it to something else?

I want for all users a ID with the same lenghts, for forums, threads, etc it would be awesome, too. I couldnt find a method onboard, so how can I do this?
