Is this done by an option already in vB or a hack? I've tried searching google, this site, and closest I seen was a hack made for vB 2.0 and it was an archived thread.

I'm just missing it I guess...

I have a Flash menu in a left frame, and vB loading in a right frame. The first time you click a link on the flash menu, it loads fine. The 2nd time you click the link it loads a stale/cached page...
