Blocking a users post visibility from another user?

Is it possible to block a user from seeing another users posts?

For instance if two members don't get along and one wishes to be "invisible" to the other member so they don't follow them around...

It would be cool if it were at the top of the thread beside the facebook like and tweet buttons, all in one row.

I changed the setting by adding count="false" so the number doesn't show up.

how to upload avatars?

I have no idea how to upload avatars. I tried uploading the images via ftp to the avatars folder but the generic avatars says there are 0.

I also am very frustrated with trying to unzip a file...
