How to get online/offline images here

Could somebody possibly tell me how i could put the online/offline icons to the left of the permalink to each users post....I have seen this on other forums and liked the idea but i have no idea how...

Hows everytbody doing...

Currently i have the option to embed videos with HTML turned off....My question is....

If i turn the option back on to let people embed videos is there a way to limit...

Hows everybody doing...My forum is pretty much a general automotive forum...Open to all cars, trucks and bikes...imports and domestics...as far as meta tags go i could list like 100 different things...
