say in a populated forum can 2 users hit the post a thread button at the same time and get the same thread ID thus making a conflict or are there precautions build in it. THnaks

I was wondering if this mod is possible. I need the people who register for @hotmail.com to say be put in group 5 and the people that register with @yahoo.com to be put in that group and so on.
