Groovesalad - I had no problems getting it to work when I used Apache 1.3.2.7

Try downloading that, and using it instead of Apache 2.x.

Just use the same steps as in the guide, and it'll work...

Testing hacks under localhost

I've seen a number of screenshots posted, who have addresses like //localhost/pathhere.
