but have discovered that this also means that you as the main admin will not be able to change the users settings i.e if you want to...

I want to allow my mods and super mods to have partial admin power.

Specifically i would like them to create forums and sub forums, move forums and alter user profiles.

How can this be done?

I tried sending a test email both with the -f parameter enabled and without it enabled....still no emails.

ive now done that...uploaded a photo but it doesnt show up on the screen...it shows in the newest photo part and in "my photos" but the main hot or not page is blank

Ive added this...now the underline for usernames...

Ive added this...now the underline for usernames is still the generic colour.

how do you change the underline colour for the mods and admins? Im assuming its a code as well so im after the right...
