Custom Fields in Subscription Page

I have my subscription setup in vBulletin, but I need a field for people to enter more info. We are a car club site, and we need people to put in their Vehicle make/model etc. How can I do that?

Is there a way to disable the ability to select "No"??? I want people to just be able to say they are attending or they might be able to attend. We don't care who can't attend.

Ok, you know how at the top of the page, you'll have:

Forum Name -> Categories -> Section -> Thread Name
