Different sidebars for different forum categories? Is this possible?

My site is legalhelp (dot) org

I have various forum categories like family law, criminal law, etc...

Is it possible to have different sidebars on the right displayed depending on what category...

Avoiding Duplicate Content in CMS

Does anyone know how to avoid duplicate content in the CMS? If you add an article to a section, you have duplicate content because it shows up both in the article and a summary of it in the section...
