perhaps using scheduled tasks? is it not possible...

perhaps using scheduled tasks? is it not possible to make it disable user registration as a cron job every night, and enable it as another cronjob every morning.

Would any1 be able to supply any...

I would like to automatically disable user registration on the vbulletin 3.5.4 forums between the hours of 11pm and 7am. So it should be like a timer that auto disables registration during those...
