Started deleting files but stopped in the middle, still works

I went into cPanel and then clicked MySQL...

I went into cPanel and then clicked MySQL database. Then REPAIR.

Now It works.

Does that mean, problem solved ?

As part of my forum I created sort of a classified section. No special programming, just vbulletin.

I created sub forums for each region of the country. I think it spanned to more than 100...
