Some how we have accidentally deleted 15 mods/high posting members accounts when trying to remove them from a usergroup it instead deleted them from the board.

Im pretty sure we are screwed and...

I can not find that option when editing the admin user group.

I go to
Usergroups > Usergroup manager > Administratos (edit user group)

and do not see the option of turning on HTML in posts....
