Does anyone know of a vBulletin hack that you can import RSS feeds into and it would display them on a marquee on the top/bottom of my forum?

Fails to change permissions

I recently installed vBookie. However when I change the usergroup permissions for it and press save and go to check it, all the vBookie ones have reverted back to "no".

Any ideas?
