Ive seen forums where the forum sections main page had pictures included... I thought it was as simple as adding an IMG tag into the sections description but that didnt work. Anyone know how to add...

I know for a fact I have ACP (admin control panel, right?) access... Not sure about the FTP acct access. Im sure I do, just have no clue how to use it or where to find it. I dont see a "file manager"...

How can I make a single section (Off topic for example) not affect a users post count? Basically, posts that are in "off topic" dont add points to your post count... we are running vbulletin 3.5.4,...
