"New Topic" broken

When clicking "NEW TOPIC" on our forums (forums.cdjw.org) it sort of just, refreshes the page, never giving the user the ability to create a topic. Any ideas?

Thank you for your help, really appreciate you. One last thing - so, the forums appear to be working but when you login (with correct creds) it sort of just, reloads the page and doesnt log you in.....

Site path incorrect

So - yesterday we adjusted the URL that our forums worked off of from :
CDJW.org/forums
to
forums.cdjw.org
(Created a subdomain with our host)

and while the original URL still worked, we...

Facebook login : works without WWW but not with WWW

So check it out - my forums http://cdjw.org/forums allows you to login with facebook but if you put www in front of it, so http://www.cdjw.org/forums it does not work. Any ideas?

Redirecting to Install folder?

Whats up everyone, thanks for your help...

SO I moved a VB 4 install from one host to another...

- Copied all files via FTP
- Exported DB via MyPHP
- Imported DB via MyPHP
- Updated config...
