Getting breadcrumb to work...

Ok, so im making a custom header with all my navbits in it. I got all of it but the breadcrumb display. Heres is the code I am using and the output can be seen on the page below. What am I doing...

Making header stretch to top?

at my new site http://www.epicboarder.com My header wont go all the way up to the top or sides....(there is white space around top and sides). How do i fix this?

alright, i was able to turn the forum back on with the tools back i still cannot login... is this a cookie problem?
