how to limit [IMG] code by usergroup ... or even user ... for posting! not blogs

i am using VB 3.8.6 and i can turn off [IMG] code for a whole forum but not for specific users or usergroups. i can limit someones ability to attach a picture...but not the IMG code itself.

thanks....its been a while since ive had to administer and i was looking in the user section. I never thought i would have to ban someone but i guess these arent even people anyway.

cant search for this so I'll ask

when I searched for "ban IP address" the search said IP was too short. They should have exclusions for two letter words integral to the usage of the product.

how would I ban any further users...

Cant upload large size attachments

Im having trouble uploading attachments to my forum. I have it hosted on godaddy and I changed the php.ini file as follows:

register_globals = off
allow_url_fopen = off
upload_max_filesize = 50M...

i found it Zach, i think it was the folder of...

i found it Zach, i think it was the folder of where the files were located to make the zip (i think theres an absolute or relative path ability).....i had to select "Go" next to the style and point...
