After I upgraded from 3.6.4 to the latest 3.7 alot of my forums posts are suddenly located in the recycle bin forum!? Most of the topics are over 2 years old though.

It's probably my fault for not...

How do I change the date format to: x number of minutes/hours/days ago?

An example I found of this format: http://www.futureproducers.com/forums/

Instead of showing the date of the posts it shows you how long ago the post was made.

The tricky part is it shows this...

Is it possible make the design of the first post different than the replies?

Is there a way to do this I couldn't find anything with the search option.

Maybe there's a way to do it with an "if" variable in the postbit template so if it's the first post it posts a different...

I think this option is disabled by default, so you could probably just delete the option from the template it's in and users can't set it to hide anymore.
