Top Button on Postbit

How can I modify the code to allow a "top" link next to the post number of the thread. This button will bring the member clicking on it to the very top of the thread. See screenshot for example.

Animated Avatars & Smile Sets

How can I enable members to have animated avatars, by using a .GIF? I have uploaded some as test but the animation doesn't play.

Also, do you guys have any good recommendations for emoticon...
