Are you using this with Cyb or Subscriptions. If your using it as a stand alone with just a link to paypal then I can not add a donation list as there is nothing to get the donor info from.

Seems like its still using old version
You should now have a template called awcl_dsl_bar which outputs the bar for the new version 1.0.0
