Just installed on 3.7.2 and it works fine. Email notifications works as well (in the sense that people that want email notifications of PMs receive them).

Yeah, I added that to my htaccess file, but I have a custom 404 set up as well, which may be causing problems. I'll have to get my programmer to take a look, I think.
