You're right, I gave up. Vbulletin 4 is no longer being developed. VB 5 appears to be a buggy resource hog. There's not much reason to spend a lot of time (I've already wasted about 8 hours on it)...

It appears that VB 4.2 PL 1 broke this. With the modified version of uploader.swf, the images SEEM to work. While editing they show up in the post just fine....
