white page index.php
 

i've just finished installing the CMPS, when I go to my new index.php(renamed from cmps_index.php) page, all I get is a white page. my forums.php(renamed from index.php) page is working fine.

any ideas on why my portal is not displaying?

Check the vBadvanced templates have been added for all your styles...lack of template is a common cause of getting a white page.

Try re-running the install file but selecting 'templates only'.

another common reason is not editing the global.php file, or as I'm prone to doing, editing it saving it and then forgeting to upload it.

Yes I screwed up, I missed a step in the edit of global.php :ermm:
