Give all the moderators everywhere 'move topic' options
 

Is it possible, with not to much trouble, to give all my moderators the option to move topics without making them global moderator?

Is there a hack already that does something like that, does someone like’s to build it or can somebody give me some thoughts how I can do this myself?

It will most likely be possible to create such a Plugin for future vBulletin Versions (maybe already for 3.5 RC3) :)

Can you do the trick? Or can you tell me how I can try it myself? (for 3.0.6 b.t.w.)
