I need help.. not with vbulletin though...

Ok I need some help...

I am doing a contest on my site and entry is $2. They will check out with paypal but I need somehow for everyone that enters to be put into like a flat file or something So i can keep track of them and send them a code(s) incase of multiple code purchases.... How would I go about this?

Check the vb3 paypal feature. I think it can send you an email and depending your email client, you can export it into text or something.
