How to add Un Subscribe Link in emails
 

Hello,

how can i add unsubscribe links on Emails such as Welcome message, Pms, Subscribed Posts etc

I would like to add Un Subscribe links to the posts
Unsubscribe links to emails send by my website

I don't think a mod like that exists. You could edit the phrases used for the email bodies and add a link to the user's profile, and a message that say click here to unsubscribe, but that would require them to log in. If you want a "one-click" unsubscribe or a special page that allows them to unsubscribe without logging in, then you'd need to wite some php to do that.

There was a rather lengthy thread a couple years ago where someone wwas trying to do something similar. If you're interested I could probably find it, but IIRC it never was complteded.

I stand corrected. I guess that other guy I was thinking of wanted other features or something.

Edit: Well, that one does require you to be logged in, I think that was the issue. But it is better than just linking them to their profile.

i have installed the mod. Its working only if i add manually a value at the end of the email.
is there anyway that the phraze be added automatically form every email which we send from website ( pms, welcome email, activation email, newsletters, thread subscription)

You have to add it to your phrases for those emails.
