Password resets
 
I'm running 4.2.2 and I've had a few issues where members are submitting a request for their password to be reset but they aren't receiving the email's to do so. Their forum emails are accurate.

Does anyone have a suggestion of where I should look?

It could be that those emails are being blocked. Live mail, Hotmail are particularly strict about this. If a few members block or report your address as spam in Outlook they will start blocking your email quickly. That is where I would start.

If nobody is getting those emails than it is something else but if only a small group of people is not getting them while others are than I would check there.
